Chaos In Delta As Students Flee School After Gunmen Attack On Teachers
The tranquility and peace so far associated with Ohorhe, an agrarian community off the Effurun-Sapele road, has been threatened, when kidnappers armed with Nigerian army uniforms laid siege to the premises of Ohorhe Secondary School in broad daylight, directed everyone to close their eyes while lying on the bare ground, and in a commando operation, kidnapped two teachers to the dismay of helpless villagers.
Abducted Teachers, Gladys Niemogha and Blessing Emunefe, were taken from inside the school personnel room in an operation that lasted several minutes, when the invaders escaped with the captives into their reserve gold Highlander SUV without resistance.

From the unimaginable invasion of the school by the kidnappers, the whole community of Ohorhe has changed, It goes without saying that the incident will remain indelible in the minds of the community’s residents for many years.
EKO HOT BLOG gathered that Some of the students find it hard to put behind them the traumatic loss of their beloved English and mathematics teachers to the kidnappers.
A couple of students and teachers, who met with journalists, complained about the level of insecurity in the country, wondering why anyone would think about taking away teachers, whose duty is to have an impact on people’s knowledge.
