“It’s not my early career. “My career is just about over,” Joshua told Sky Sports News.
“I am not a person who lives in the moment and thinks that everything is as it is now. I always plan ahead, so I’m running out of time.”
Fury became a professional in 2008, almost five years earlier than Joshua, who recently suggested that his British opponent should also consider hanging up his gloves.
“Fury’s been professional for longer than I have. He should be retiring any moment now.,” Joshua had told Sky Sports.
“If he’s looking to consolidate his legacy, I’m here and ready.. I built my career into this position..”
But Fury told Sky Sports last year he wanted a long-standing world title reign like Wladimir Klitschko.
“Klitschko did this until his forties.,” said Fury who ended Ukraine’s dominance with a scoring victory in 2015.
