As the coronavirus continues to ravage different nations across the globe, Real Madrid President, Florentino Perez has become the latest high profile individual to test positive for the virus.

As gathered by EKO HOT BLOG, this was disclosed in a statement on the club’s official website on Tuesday, February 2, 2021.

The statement said that Perez is so far not showing any symptom of the virus, but has however, gone into self isolation.

The statement read; Real Madrid C. F. would like to inform that our president Florentino Pérez has tested positive in the COVID-19 tests that he periodically undergoes, although he is not showing any symptoms.
