Job Title: Community Product Lead

Job Description

• We are looking for a passionate product lead, with good knowledge and experience in product development and management, to join our team.
• You will generally be responsible for organising and managing our virtual community of software engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate simulated projects and ideas to drive collaboration in the community.
• Organise virtual hackathons, and manage projects and teams.
• Ensure that work is constantly on-going in the community.
• Recommend and execute strategies.

Skill / Personality Requirements
You are a good fit for this position if you:

• Are passionate about building exciting products and interested in open source.
• A minimum of 2 years work experience.
• Possess good experience with building products, with any modern language.
• Understand the product development lifecycle, and agile methodology.
• Have people and teamwork skills.
• Understand software development best practices.
• Have strong communication and leadership skills.
• Know how to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively.
• Are result oriented, and work motivated.
• Are genuinely interested in working with and building a startup.
