We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: IT Administrator
Location: Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Office 365 Management and support
- Primary point of contact for reported call center issues, hardware/software problems
- Implementing, following IT security policies and guidelines
- Managing or generating different reports/customizations for management/clients as requested.
Minimum Requirements
- CCNA is a plus.
- Excellent IT, communication, leadership, project management and management skills
- Ability to fill multiple roles simultaneously
- Proven track record of maintaining IT structural integrity
Skills & Abilities:
- Ability to Collaborate with Technical & Non-Technical team members Very strong problem- solving skill
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Excellent English skills – verbal and written communication skills
- Good understanding of IT operational processes and structured in ways of working
Salary
NGN170,000 / Month.
