Super Eagles forward Moses Simon has taken to social media to share his thrill on Nantes’ huge 2-1 win over PSG in Ligue 1 on Sunday, which saw the Nigerian net the winner.
PSG were obvious favourites going into the match and took the lead via Julian Draxler towards the end of the first half.
EKO HOT BLOG gathered that Randal Kolo Muani equalised for Nantes in the 59th minute before Simon completed their comeback 12 minutes later to break Parisien hearts who saw off Spanish powerhouse Barcelona 5-2 on aggregate in the Champions League in midweek.

“All thanks to God for the victory. Great team spirit, it was a good fight boys, we did it all together now we can focus on the next one. Yes we can,” Simon posted on Twitter after the match.
The result moves Nantes one point shy of safety on the table as they currently sit in 18th place, one point behind Lorient.
PSG’s defeat means they missed the chance to go top of the standings after current leaders Lille could only play out a goalless draw with Monaco.
Simon – who now has a hand in six goals (five goals, 1 assist) this season, is part of the 24-man Nigeria squad that will take on Benin Republic and Lesotho in the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers on March 27 and 30 respectively.
