Sad State Of Football Worsens After This Happened To Man United and Dortmund Stars
- Man United were knocked out of the FA Cup on Sunday by Leicester City
- The Red Devils lost 3-1 in the quarter-finals.
- Some players were scapegoated by angry fans
Manchester United star Fred has revealed that he was racially abused after a poor performance against Leicester on Sunday in the FA Cup.
All fingers were pointed at Brazilian star Fred after his costly mistake when he gave a poor back pass only for Iheanacho to intercept and score past Henderson to give the Foxes an early lead.
Despite responding back through Greenwood, United were outplayed by the hosts and in the end fans had to look for a scapegoat to blame for their trouble.
Fred who has not had a great time at the club would then be racially abused of his skin colour as a very toxic section of the fans went to social media calling him all kind of names for his mistake.
However, the United number 8 has decided to not keep quite as he decided to send a warning message to the racists early Tuesday morning, EKO HOT BLOG gathered.
In his tweet, Fred said that we can no longer feed the culture of racism and have to always fight it.
His tweet would then ignite the hashtag #SayNoToRacism as football fans took to the Internet to express their displeasure at this sad state of football that just does not seem to get any better.
Just a few hours ago, Borussia Dortmund fans were informed of the sad incident involving their youngster Jude Bellingham who also suffered racism abuse on social media after Dortmund’s Saturday draw with Koln.
