What Dino Melaye said after coming out of the EFCC office has sparked mixed reactions on Twitter.
Forrmer Senator Dino Melaye representing Kogi West at 8th National Assembly showed up at the EFCC Headquarter office in his continued efforts to unravel corruption practices allegedly perpetrated by Governor Yahaya Bello’s administration.
Recall that Dino Melaye has been at loggerheads politically with the incumbent Governor immediately he defected from APC, the party where he became elected as a Senator.
Right from the 8th Assembly, he was an ardent supporter of Former Senate President, Bukola Saraki and strong opposition voice against his former party.
The political fight between him and Yahaya Bello became so intense when both contested for Governorship election in Kogi State. The election which was adjudged as the most violent and unfair one eventually made Yahya Bello victorious and returned him elected for the second time.
In the meantime, for weeks now, Dino Melaye and his Anti Corruption Network Team has been working tirelessly to compile corruption practices/cases that has been perpetrated by Yahya Bello’s administration.
Today, Dino and his team members showed up again at the EFCC to bring in another evidences against the sitting Governor, EKO HOT BLOG gathered.
While updating his fans, he said EFCC adopted their petition as they submitted additional evidence against Yahaya Bello. He said they are satisfied with EFCC investigation so far and boasted that a lot has been achieved.
