UCL: 4 Things To Expect From PSG Vs Manchester City Semi Final Clash
Guadiola would be seeking to win another UCL final after winning the EFL cup against Tottenham and losing semifinals of the FA Cup against Chelsea.
The Manchester City Boss would be facing tough competition from last year’s finalist, Paris Saint Germain (PSG) in the first leg of the Champions league semifinal in Paris today.
There are however 4 things fans should expect from Manchester City and PSG ahead of today’s Champions league semifinals.
(1.) Guadiola to show how tactically good he is today: Take it or leave it, Guadiola has something to prove because since his time in Spain, he hasn’t won the Champions league.
At Bayern, he won all the trophies in Germany except the Champions league and now at Manchester City, he has won everything except the Champions league again. Guadiola has to prove he is worthy to be called the best coach in the world.
(2.) Pochettino also has to prove a point: Pochettino was at Tottenham when they went into the finals of the Champions league against eventual winners, Liverpool.
He hasn’t won any major trophy yet and would be seeking to end his trophy drought with PSG advancing to the final and winning the Champions league eventually.
(3.) Neymar, Mbappe and Kelvin De Brunye to stand out:
Kelvin De Brunye has shown he is a midfield master. PSG would be relying solely on Mbappe and Neymar to score more goals than the Manchester City attack.
(4.) The battle of youngsters:
Phil Foden and Kylian Mbappe are 2 youngsters who have been outstanding in their various leagues and today, we would see who is the best youngster in the duo.
