Akpan, while speaking on Friday, said he has lured over five girls in the same manner, adding that Umoren was the first person he has ever killed.
He further claimed that after she arrived at his house, he asked her if she can work in a farm as a secretary and also demanded to sleep with her before she leaves.
Akpan added that Umoren initially agreed to have sex with him but she attacked him with a stabilizer when he wanted to remove the protection he was wearing.
He disclosed that he killed the job seeker with the stabilizer and pressing iron.
It would be recalled that Umoren had gone missing while attending a job interview in Akwa Ibom after she tweeted via her handle, @HinyHumoren, that she needed a job and some persons had suggested prospective employers to her.
However, the news of her death broke out on social media as one of her friends disclosed on Twitter that Humoren was raped and killed by Uduak Frank Akpan.
