Daura District Head, Alhaji Musa Uma ,Regains Freedom

The Magajin Garin Daura (District Head of Daura), Alhaji Musa Umar , who was kidnapped on May 1st,2019 has been freed.

The spokesman for Katsina police command, SP Gambo Isah confirmed this development on Tuesday morning.

He said “Magajin Garin Daura has been rescued. Congratulations to the entire people of Daura and Katsina state in general. Details follow.”

Details surrounding his rescue were still sketchy as of the time of filing this report.

However, It can be recalled that the Magajin Daura was abducted in front of his Daura residence while waiting to perform the 8:00 p.m. prayers
