Julia Yonkowski, an American woman who thought she only had $20 in her bank account, was shocked when she checked her balance at an ATM and discovered she had become a billionaire out of the blues.
Yonkowski, who lives in Largo, Florida, west of Tampa, discovered Chase Bank’s gaffe when she went to check her balance and discovered she had $999,985,855.94 in her account.
According to The SUN, she stated that she is desperate to return the money to its rightful owner. She is now the 615th richest person in America due to the deposit.

“Oh my God, I was horrified. Most people would believe they had won the lotto, but I was shocked. “When I put in the $20, the machine said we’ll give you the $20 but it’ll cause an overdraft and you’ll be charged, and I responded, ‘Oh just forget it,” she said.
When she checked her balance, she was quite flush.
“I know I’ve read tales about people who took the money or took money out and then had to repay it, and I wouldn’t do that anyhow since it’s not my money,” she explained.
“It kind of frightens me because you know how dangerous cyber threats can be. I’ll be honest, I’m not sure what to think.”
