JUST IN: President Buhari Appoints New PPPRA Chairman, Secretary
- President Buhari has appointed a new PPPRA Chairman and an Executive Secretary.
EKO HOT BLOG reports that President Muhammadu Buhari has approved the appointment of a new Chairman and an Executive Secretary for the Petroleum Product Pricing Regulatory Agency (PPPRA).
This was made known by the Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina, via a statement issued on Friday.
Adesina noted that Mr. Atuonwo Obinna was appointed chairman while Mr. Abdulkadir Saidu was appointed as the executive secretary.

EKO HOT BLOG gathered the Saidu was reappointed for another four years.
Adesina further stated that the appointment of Obinna as the chairman of the Governing Board for a four-year term was in accordance with Section 2 (1-3) and 3 (a) of the Petroleum Product Pricing Regulatory Agency (Establishment, etc) Act, 2003.
