Group Embarks On Free Medical Mission; Donate Items To Orphans And Widows In Kaduna
Group under the aegis of Doctors’ Time-out Family, DTOF, Kaduna State Northwest Zone in collaboration with the Association of Resident Doctors, Kaduna State chapter has called on corporate organizations and well-meaning Nigerians to always assist the needy with food and medical care to improve their living condition.
The President and Convener of the group Dr. Anthony Ude made the call when he led the group on a working visit during the weekend to Adonai orphanage and widows centre in Barnawa, Kaduna State.
He explained that the gesture was part of the lineup activities of the group to mark the 6th-anniversary celebration of Doctors Time-out Family Northwest Zone.

Former President of the Association of Resident Doctors in Kaduna Dr Emmanuel Joseph said the visit was part of their corporate social responsibilities and the only way to give back to the Society with a view to complement Government effort in the area of welfare for the citizens.
In her keynote address while receiving the Doctors, Founder of Adonai Orphanage Centre, Rev Elizabeth Afuwape who appreciated them for the kind gesture, urged other organizations and well-meaning Nigerians to emulate them for the growth and development of the country.
The group donated items to the orphanage worth thousands of naira including free medical services that range from Procurement of drugs, free tests and treatment of many ailments among others to the Widows and Orphans.
