BREAKING: Unknown Gunmen Abduct Governor Ayade’s Special Adviser

Unknown gunmen suspected to be kidnappers have abducted Governor Ben Ayade’s Special Adviser on Cocoa Development, Oscar Ofuka.
The Special Adviser to the Cross River State Governor, EKO HOT BLOG gathered, was abducted in the early hours of Tuesday.
It was gathered that Ofuka was abducted on the premises of the Cross River Broadcasting Corporation (CRBC) while attending the flagoff of a program tagged, “cocoa event” by the state’s deputy governor, Ivara Esu.
A CRBC journalist, Sunny Inah, who witnessed the abduction, disclosed that Ayade’s Adviser was kidnapped on the premises of the broadcast station by two men in police uniform.
He said, “When Ofuka attempted to resist, I saw other men all numbering ten came into the premises with guns and forced him into their waiting red-coloured Ford Ranger.

“They threatened to shoot some of us who tried to help Ofuka while the General Manager of the station, Maurice Inok, and another staff, Esther Ofem, were pushed away,” the CRBC journalist disclosed.
When contacted, the Cross River State Commissioner of Police, Kayode Sikiru, said police operatives have already launched manhunt to track the vehicle and rescue Governor Ayade’s Adviser.
