Job Title: Accounts Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Duties & Responsibilities

• Make and acknowledge receipts of bank inflows and outflows.
• Makeregulatory payments ofstaff payroll relateditems-PAYE,Pension, NSITFas may be applicable
• Petty cash disbursements
• Process of vendor payments
• Keep organizedrecords of all transactions.
• Record and follow up with Accounts Receivables and Payables.
• Preparation of bank reconciliation statements
• Posting of all transactions to the software (ERP)
• Preparation ofManagement Accounts- Profit/loss account and statement of FinancialPosition.
• Participatein Annual audit- preparation of schedules for external auditors.
• Participate inbudget preparation.
• Perform other duties as may be assigned byLineManager.

Education / Knowledge Other Requirements

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND qualification
• ACA is an added advantage
• Applicant must possess a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.
• Applicant must be competent in the use of Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work under pressure and withlittlesupervision.
