Gunmen Abduct ex-NMA Official’s Son, Demand ₦20m Ransom
- It was gathered that the son was kidnapped on his father’s farm at Isaga-Orile community, Abeokuta North Local Government Area of Ogun
The son of a former National Secretary of the Nigeria Medical Association, Dr. Adewunmi Alayaki, has been abducted by gunmen suspected to be kidnappers in Ogun State.
Adedamola Alayaki was abducted by some unknown gunmen, who later demanded a twenty million naira ransom to free the victim.
It was gathered that the son was kidnapped on his father’s farm at Isaga-Orile community, Abeokuta North Local Government Area of Ogun.

When contacted the State Police Public Relations Officer, Abimbola Oyeyemi, confirmed the incident to newsmen on Thursday in Abeokuta.
According to him, Adedamola is the Manager in one of his (father’s) farms.
The PPRO said that the police were on the trail of the abductors.
“We are on top of the situation. Our men are on the trail of the gunmen,” he said.
