[COVID-19] NCDC Records 444 Fresh Cases, 7 Deaths 

• Total cases confirmed – 194,088
• Total cases discharged – 179,679
• Total deaths recorded – 2,495

The latest figures by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) confirms that Nigeria now has a total of 194,088 COVID-19 cases.

In its latest case update dated September 3, the NCDC reports 444 new cases with 7 COVID-related deaths.

The new cases were reported in the FCT and 20 states – Edo-71, Akwa Ibom-49, Kwara-49, Oyo-49, Rivers-38, Kaduna-21, Ekiti-20, FCT-19, Katsina-19, Anambra-17, Delta-16, Kano-16, Bauchi-14, Ogun-11, Bayelsa-9, Benue-9, Cross River-7, Nasarawa-5, Jigawa-2, Zamfara-2 and Enugu-1.

According to the NCDC, 0 cases were in reported in Ondo, Osun and Sokoto States.

EKO HOT BLOG gathers that out of the total number of confirmed cases in Nigeria, 179,679 cases have been discharged while the death toll has risen to 2,495.
