Breaking News: Court To Give Judgement On Suit Between KWSG And EN etSuD

• Federal High Court fixes date to deliver judgement on suit between Kwara State government and ENetSuD.  

The Kwara State High Court in Ilorin has fixed Friday 8th October 2021 for the pronouncement of judgement on the popular case filed by the Incorporated Trustees of the Elites Network for Sustainable Development (ENetSuD) against the Kwara State Governor, Government and Attorney General, EkohotBlog reports.

Recall that ENetSuD dragged the respondents to Court to challenge the legality of the appointment of the Transition Implementation Committee (TIC) in the 16 LGAs of Kwara State by the KWSG.

This was disclosed by the Press Secretary to Elites Network for Sustainable Development (ENetSuD).
