Job Title: Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

Location: Lagos

About the Position

  • We are seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis manager to report to the CFO and manage a lean team of analysts.
  • You will build a world-class financial planning and performance monitoring team that delivers solid models, forecasts and analyses that drive business strategy and sound decision making.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will:

  • Work with the CFO and executive team to develop company strategy
  • Develop our annual business plan and rolling performance forecasts
  • Build practical financial models for effective decision making
  • Collaborate with various internal functions to execute company strategy
  • Own internal and external research and business intelligence initiatives

Qualifications
Ideally, you will have:

  • 5+ years of quantitative and financial modelling experience in banking, finance or consulting
  • Experience providing financial advice to senior management
  • Experience building business models, business cases, sensitivity analyses, etc
  • Experience developing and presenting well designed, concise presentations
  • CFA or other relevant professional qualifications

Skills:

  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
