Job Overview

• Eco Academics and Publishing Limited is hiring a full-time Training Manager to lead the training arm of the Eco Group of Companies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching and identifying the need for training in private and public enterprises and create execution plans.
• The Training Manager will also plan, develop and oversee training activities and educational programs for our new and existing clientele. Your ultimate goal is to help the company become the foremost corporate training academy in Nigeria.
• You should enjoy writing proposals, following up on leads and researching corporate educational trends.

Primary Responsibilities

• Research and identify training needs in private and public enterprises around the country.
• Design, develop and oversee training activities and educational programs for new and existing clientele.
• Write and submit training proposals to prospective clients.
• Create training courses that address contemporary business and corporate issues.
• Design training curriculums.
• Maintain an effective relationship with trainers.
• Contact industry experts and invite them for training sessions.
• Stay updated on new training techniques and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Training, Education, Human Resource or relevant field.
• 2 years of experience as a Training Coordinator, Training Facilitator or a similar role.
• Strong working knowledge of traditional and modern job training methods.
• Proficient in MS Offices.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to design effective training programs.
• Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
• Outstanding customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detaills.
