Job Title: Female Front Desk / Customer Service Executive

Job Summary

  • To oversee all front office and secretariat activities. To qualify you must have excellent communication skills, apt etiquette grooming, friendly disposition, and good people skill.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and provide them with superb customer service.
  • Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable, and equipped with all the necessary supplies such as pens, forms, and paper.
  • Answer all client questions and incoming calls.
  • Redirect phone calls to the appropriate department and takedown messages.
  • Accept all letters and packages, and distribute them to their appropriate departments.
  • Monitor, organize, and forward emails.
  • Track and order office equipment and supplies.
  • Maintain records and files.
  • Attend to other duties as assigned
  • Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
  • Generate sales leads
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction go
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers

Requirements

  • B.Sc Degree in relevant qualifications
  • 2-3 years Experience in the same role in a financial Advisory Service Company
  • Must have graduated with a minimum of Second Class Upper Division
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Good understanding of office administration and basic bookkeeping practices.
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office programs.
  • You should have a talent for multi-tasking, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
