• 2023 presidency: ‘Only Atiku can unite Nigeria’ – Omokri

EKO HOT BLOG reports that Reno Omokri, a well-known Nigerian sociopolitical activist, has proposed why former Vice President Atiku Abubakar should be Nigeria’s next president in 2023.

Only Atiku, according to Omokri, can bring Nigeria’s southern and northern regions together.

He did, however, remind out that Nigeria is going through a difficult period in its history.

Former adviser to former President Goodluck Jonathan backed Atiku for president in 2023 in a tweet.

Omokri asked all of his supporters to back Atiku’s presidential campaign.

He wrote: “I wholeheartedly, with my full chest, endorse HE @Atiku to run for President in 2023 on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party, and urge all my supporters to throw their support behind the only man who can unite North and South at this delicate time in our national life.”

Although, Atiku has not officially declared his intentions to run for the presidency, but, there are indications he is nursing a presidential ambition.

Atiku’s campaign posters have been sighted in some states including the Federal Capital territory, FCT.
