Nineteen Passengers Were Reported Dead in A Tragic Motor Accident

Nineteen travellers are feared dead following a ghastly motor accident along Potisku-Damaturu Road in Yobe State.

Eko Hot Blog learnt that the accident occurred some 50 kilometers from Damaturu, the state capital, around Fune in the Fune Local Government Area.

The spokesperson for the police in the state, Dungus Abdulkarim, is yet to confirm the cause of the accident and the number of casualties. He said, “I’ve dispatched men to the area, so give me some time, like 30 minutes or one hour to give you proper confirmation.”
