EKO HOT BLOG reports that the latest figures by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) confirms that Nigeria now has a total of 255,415 COVID-19 cases.
In its latest case update dated March 29 & 30, the NCDC reports 74 new cases with no COVID-related deaths.

The new cases were reported in 9 states – Lagos (35), Bauchi (12), FCT (11), Abia (5), Kaduna (4), Kano (3), Plateau (2), Oyo (1) and Rivers (1).

According to the NCDC, no case was recorded in Ekiti, Ogun, Ondo, Osun and Sokoto States.
It was gathered that out of the total number of confirmed cases in Nigeria, 249,606 cases have been discharged while the death toll still stands at 3,142.
