3. Sweet potatoes
Potatoes, in general, are nutritious foods, but the sweet specie is high in soluble fibre and low in sugar. Sugar-containing foods can increase the risk of kidney stones and a variety of other problems. Make an effort to eat sweet potatoes whenever you have the opportunity.
