Garlic is one of the allium vegetables similar to onions. It is a flavorful herb that can be added to dishes and is also helpful in terms of improving a person’s overall health.
But like every other thing, consuming raw garlic excessively may also be dangerous or hazardous to the body, especially to some sets of people.
