Not sleeping well at night or over-stressing yourself can make you wake up with a slight headache, however, it might become a thing of concern when it becomes a regular phenomenon. Knowing the cause of this issue will make it easier to find the right solution.

1. Insomnia

Consult a doctor for special equipment like Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (CPAP) which can help treat sleep apnea

4. Grinding your teeth
