Your blood should not be too thick or too thin. This means you avoid dehydration, normalize your PCV, and oxygenate. All of these define the ‘integrity’ of your blood.

1. Eat Balance Diet

You need to start eating an appropriate diet rich in vegetables, particularly vegetable salad. Oats are very good at helping to normalize your cholesterol level. Vitamin B3 and niacin are also very good at normalizing blood vessel tone.

You can use supplements like guggul. It’s an herb spice just like a curry. There’s another one called red yeast rice. It’s another spice that helps lower cholesterol. Omega 3 and coconut oil also help in normalizing your cholesterol.

2. Consume Enough Vitamins and Minerals

You also need to normalize your homocysteine level. You will need things like Vitamin B12, Vitamin B6, folate, or folic acid to help you normalize your homocysteine level.

This won’t make it oxidize your cholesterol and create oxy cholesterol. You get folate from eating a lot of vegetables, salads, and green vegetable smoothies.

3. Consume Blood Thinning Food e.g Garlic

Don’t let your blood be too thick. If it is too thick, then the integrity has been compromised. But when it is in the correct viscosity, it flows easily. Your heart doesn’t have to push for blood to go through your vessels.
