Animashaun who spoke in a statement made available to EKO HOT BLOG disclosed that she was saddened by the incident.
The chairman said she swung into action immediately after she was briefed about the incident by visiting the accident victims at the Epe General Hospital where she impressed it on the Chief Medical Director to ensure that the survivors are given adequate medical attention.

“Immediately after I was alerted of this occurrence, I made my way to Epe General Hospital to check in on the survivors. I also prompted the Medical Director to ensure that the survivors are attended to speedily before proceeding to Epe Police Division to make sure that the culprit had been detained.
“I am also aware that the perceived lackadaisical attitude over this issue by officials of the law has caused some agitation within our community but I am here to assure you all that everyone responsible for this unfortunate incident will be brought to book according to the law and made to pay for the damages they’ve caused.
“We have and will continue to do all we can to ensure that the survivors are well taken of and nursed back to health.
