EKO HOT BLOG reports the The Labour Party (LP) presidential candidate, Peter Obi has weighed in on the current insecurity challenges in the country.

This online media platform gathered that in a post shared on Twitter, the former Anambra State Governor expressed concern for the families of the soldiers killed by terrorists in Abuja.

Obi worried over the regular duties of sending condolence messages to bereaved families when such deaths could have been avoided.

The LP flagbearer called on the Federal Government to do whatever was necessary to stop the constant flow of tears in the country.

He wrote: “I deeply console the families and loved ones of our soldiers killed by terrorists. It’s becoming regular duties to send such condolences for avoidable deaths. So sad! Our government should please do whatever is necessary to stop this daily flow of tears.”
