Epe Ex-Legislator, Okesanya Hails Wale Raji For Odosiwola Road Construction Approval

Ex-legislator, Hon Okesanya, has commended Hon Wale Raji for the approval of the Odosiwola Road Construction

EKO HOT BLOG reports that the immediate past Leader of the Legislative House, Eredo LCDA, Hon Okesanya Lateef Adenola, has commended the Lawmaker representing Epe Federal Constituency at the House of Representatives, Hon Wale Raji, for the prompt approval given for the reconstruction of the Odoshiwola road in Eredo LCDA of Epe Division.

The former Lawmaker, who issued a statement obtained by EKO HOT BLOG, was thankful on behalf of himself, the entire community and road users for honouring his (MHR) pledge to reconstruct the road which connects several other communities.

Hon Okesanya disclosed that he was particularly impressed at the gesture having spoken with the Federal Legislator about the significance of reconstructing the road during his third term visitation tour and campaign for the All Progressives Congress.

He further said the 1km road, constructed by the first military Governor of Lagos State, Mobolaji Johnson, was important in linking communities in the Okemagba zone such as Odoshiwola, Ibonwon, Igboye and Ilara without driving against traffic to the popular Epe/Ijebu-Ode Expressway.

Hon Okesanya, having been notified of the arrival of the road contractors to the site, therefore pledged his support and that of his communities for the Legislator’s third term agenda.

The statement reads: “Special Thanks to Hon. Wale Raji MHR, our talk and do capable representative for his intervention on Odosiwola Road.

“During his Third Term visitation tour and campaign for our Party APC ticket, I engaged him on the importance of the road.

“The Road was constructed by the First Military Governor of Lagos State and community efforts have sustained it till this moment.

“The Road is about 1km, it’s very important to Okemagba Zone especially Odosiwola, Ibonwon, Igboye, and Ilara residents. It’s the only Road that any motorists can ply to connect the Popular Epe/Ijebu Ode Road without driving against Traffic one way.

“To my amazement, Our Distinguished MHR didn’t go to sleep. He did all he could to see that the road gets a new face of modern construction.

“I received a call now that the contractor is moving to the site today. What else can I say on behalf of all the road users that will enjoy this road, I say a big thank you, to Hon. Olawale Tasir Raji, MHR.
