Some adults eat cereal in the morning. This food can be good for children, but it is not healthy for you as an adult. Some of the ingredients in them are not plant-based nutrients.

Potato chips are not a healthy food for older people because they contain too much salt or saturated fat. This can contribute to bad cholesterol in your blood. They have been extremely fried into flakes. When you eat them, they digest easily and cause your sugar level to rise.

Baked foods such as cakes are made with saturated fat and packaged with artificial sweeteners. When you eat them, you are eating trans fat, which will only increase the bad cholesterol in your blood.
