Ikuforiji, Abiru, Onibon Extol Oba Ogunsanwo On Socio-Economic Prosperity as monarch celebrates second coronation Anniversary

EKO HOT BLOG reports that Speaker emeritus, Lagos State House of Assembly, Hon. Sabit Adeyemi Ikuforiji; Abiru, Senator, Lagos East Senatorial District, Senator Tokunbo and Acting Deputy Vice-Chancellor of Lagos State University of Education, LASUED, Associate Professor Nosiru Onibon, have extolled the developmental strides made by His Royal Majesty, Oba Dr Olukayode Olufolarin Ogunsanwo, Telade IV, in the Ilara Kingdom and Epe Division at large.

The trio in their congratulatory messages applauded the highly revered technocrat-turned-traditional ruler who they said has re-etched the name of the Ilara kingdom in the anals of impactful leadership by unlocking the enormous socio-economic potentials of the kingdom for the benefit of the Ilara people and mankind.

According to Ikuforiji, the exemplary and visionary leadership traits of Oba Ogunsanwo, amplified by his nobility and wisdom, have become a veritable compass for the attainment of international recognition and admiration since his ascension to the throne.

Stressing that Oba Ogunsanwo, who has become a harbinger of unity, is a blessing to the good people of Epe Division and Lagos State due to his purposeful commitment and development-oriented propensities, Ikuforiji,  said the Kingdom of Ilara is on a path to enviable success stories.

“Your Majesty’s wise leadership has brought peace and happiness to the Ilara Kingdom I must confess. Our very dear Kabiyesi has immensely distinguished himself as a dedicated, loving, caring and selfless Royal Father.

“He is a voice for the voiceless, a great motivator, and has shown exemplary commitment to the service of Lagos State. For the past two years he has built solid bridges of unity and has no doubt endeared himself to the generality of the people in the Ilara Kingdom, Lagos State, Nigeria and beyond,” he said.

Also, Senator Tokunbo Abiru, commended the ex Lagos Internal Revenue Services, LIRS, Chief for exhibiting enviable leadership capabilities, noting that his background as an administrator and technocrat has entrenched economic prosperity for the people of Ilara through tourism and agriculture.

“Kabiyesi, in the last two years of your reign, you have demonstrated great capacity as a retired technocrat and administrator in the discharge of your role as a royal father of  Ilara Kingdom.

“Today, indigenes and visitors can attest to the great aura you brought to the town and in particular your passion for socio-economic emancipation of the people especially the youth through tourism and agriculture,” he said.

On his part, Professor Onibon was astonished by the unbridled support of Alara over the situation of the main campus of the newly established Lagos State University of Education, LASUED, in Epe. This, he described, as unprecedented while also stating that his ascension has placed the Ilara Kingdom on the world map.

“The enthronement of Oba Ogunsanwo has brought a lot of development to the Ilara Kingdom and Epe Division as a whole within his two years as the paramount ruler.

“The passion at which his Royal Majesty pursued the location of the Main Campus of LASUED in Noforija-Epe was unprecedented.
