Buhari Presides As FEC Considers 2023 Budget Estimates

The weekly Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting is being presided over by President Muhammadu Buhari at the Presidential Villa in Abuja.

Eko Hot Blog reports that the draft estimates for the 2023 budget are expected to be discussed at the meeting. President Buhari will present them to the National Assembly on Friday, October 7.

Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF), Mr. Boss Mustapha, Chief of the Federal Civil Service, Dr. Folasade Yemi-Esan, and Chief of Staff to the President, Professor Ibrahim Gambari, are all present physically at the meeting.

Also present are Ministers of Justice Abubakar Malami; Communications and Digital Economy, Isa Pantami; Finance Budget and National Planning, Zainab Ahmed, Federal Capital Territory, Mohammed Bello and Education, Adamu Adamu.
