Following the recent fire incident at Brasas Plaza at 43, Martins Street, Lagos Island, the Lagos State Building Control Agency (LASBCA) Enforcement team has sealed and cordoned off the building to prevent any form of activity around the Plaza.

Eko Hot Blog reports that a statement signed by the General Manager of LASBCA, Arc. Gbolahan Oki, said the team also attempted to remove the affected parts of the structure but was unsuccessful due to the thermal intensity.
