1. Fried foods
Even if it is a tasty treat, your body will not appreciate it if you constantly load your plate with fried foods.

By clogging the arteries, high levels of bad cholesterol increase the risk of heart attack, stroke, and possibly vision loss.
2. Sugared beverages
Sweetened beverages are another common suspect that has been added to the list of foods that are bad for your eyes. Consuming excessive amounts of sugar, including those found in fizzy drinks, can increase your risk of AMD, as previously stated.
3. Flavoring meat
It is widely accepted that eating processed meats is harmful to your eyes and overall health.
