5 Bad Signs You Are Not Eating Enough Food
In this article on EKO HOT BLOG, we will be looking at some reasons why you keep getting frequent headaches.
1. Anxiety and stress.
If you’re getting headaches more frequently than you’d like, it’s time to assess your stress and anxiety levels. This is easily understandable as a source of headaches. When you are stressed about something and are unable to meet your expectations for yourself, your body will send out pain signals to alert you that something needs to change.
2. Eye Strain.
Eye strain is a common cause of headaches. Staring at a computer screen or even a smartphone screen all day can cause your eyes to become tired and strained. Looking at something for an extended period of time, such as a smartphone or computer screen, can cause eye strain. This causes your eyes to become tired and strained, resulting in eye fatigue.
3. Fever.
You may have a fever if you’ve been having constant headaches. Headaches are one of the most common side effects of a fever and can be caused by a variety of factors. Dehydration is one of them. When your body is running at a high temperature, it’s going to sweat out more water than normal.
4. Inadequate Sleep.
Headaches can be caused by a lack of sleep. If you have headaches regularly, it could be due to a lack of sleep. Adults require approximately seven hours of sleep per night. Unfortunately, most people only get six hours of sleep per night, which is less than half of what we require for optimal health.
5. Inadequate Eating and hydration.
Dehydration can cause migraines, so not eating and drinking properly can cause headaches.
