According to a statement posted to the Lagos government social media handles on Saturday, the Director of CMC, Mrs. Biola Oseni, while congratulating the outstanding officers for their commitment and dedication at an event organised in their honour at the Beehive School Auditorium, maintained that “the tremendous contributions of the outstanding officers cannot be overlooked.”
“We acknowledge and appreciate the efforts you put together to ensure the smooth running of CMC, we have seen the commitment and dedication you have shown and as well felt the impact positively, that is the reason we are celebrating you today to demonstrate to you that there is a reward for hard work and diligence,” she said.
Oseni reiterated that CMC would continue to show appreciation by celebrating outstanding officers who work hard and remain committed to the progress of the Centre. She, however, charged other members of staff to be diligent in their various duty posts.
The director averred that the awards and the cash gift given to the outstanding staff were mere tokens of appreciation, stressing that the contributions of the officers cannot be quantified in cash or kind.
