EKO HOT BLOG reports that Nigerian comic actor, John Ikechukwu Okafor, better known as Mr Ibu, has opened up about the ongoing crisis in his family.
In an interview with Saturday Beats, the beloved actor shared that his marriage with his wife Stella Maris is in shambles, and he doubts if the union will survive.
Mr Ibu revealed that this is his fifth marriage and, unfortunately, the worst. He shared that his wife embraces things that are not attainable, making the union feel like punishment rather than a happy marriage.

The actor also mentioned that he has started to breathe erratically whenever he sees his wife and that it is not a healthy situation for him. He added that if this marriage falls apart, he won’t be tying the knot again.
Adding to the troubles in the actor’s marriage, he stated that he can no longer eat food prepared by his wife as he is sceptical of her motives. He has instead been relying on food cooked by his adopted daughter, Jasmine.
The recent turmoil in Mr Ibu’s family was sparked by a viral video where his wife alleged that the actor and Jasmine were in an intimate relationship. The video caused a stir on social media. However, the trio reconciled just 24 hours later and recorded a fresh video to show that they were a united family.
Mr Ibu’s recent interview paints a picture of a man in a marriage that is slowly falling apart and a family that is struggling to hold on to what once was. The actor’s sincere and emotional words are sure to evoke feelings of sadness and empathy from his fans and supporters.

“This is my final marriage. If this one falls apart, I won’t marry again. This is my fifth and the worst marriage because my wife embraces what is not obtainable. This feels like punishment and not marriage. I doubt if I’m still in the marriage because it seems she has already prepared her mind to leave, and I’m not going to stop her.
”I support her leaving. I begin to breathe erratically each time i see her, and it’s not healthy for me because I’m not ready to die.”
