EKO HOT BLOG reports that Chelsea defender Thiago Silva has spoken highly of the club’s current manager, Graham Potter amidst criticisms on the Englishman.

Potter took over as Chelsea’s new manager in September 2022, following Tuchel’s dismissal.
While the former Brighton head coach had a strong start to his tenure with the club, he has since led the team to just nine wins in 23 games across all competitions. He has also been criticized for frequently changing the team’s starting line-ups.
Despite this, Silva, who has been a regular starter under Potter, has refused to compare the current manager to Tuchel or any other manager he has worked with in the past.
Speaking to Parimatch, Silva said, “not enough time has passed to comment on something so important. I don’t like to make comparisons of people, of styles, of work. Everyone has their own way of doing things.”
Silva did, however, have positive things to say about Potter’s coaching style, noting that the Englishman “shows you what you have to do and what you have been doing wrong.”
He also praised Potter’s character, stating that “off the pitch, he’s an amazing human being which I think, when managing a football team, can actually be more important than being a coach.”
