Eko Hot Blog reports that some party agents have accused a collation officer of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) of collating manipulated election results.

The incident occurred at the collation centre in Apapa, Lagos, on Sunday morning.
A viral video sighted by Eko Hot Blog shows some election results had been tampered with. The figures in the result sheets were cleaned off with tippex and replaced with different ones.

The angry party agents accused the INEC official of going AWOL when he was needed and coming back to collate the results after they had been manipulated.
Despite the protests, the collation officer was adamant and kept recording the manipulated results.
The party agents urged him to collate the results that had been entered into the BVAS machine but he refused the pleas.
