The Judge was, until his death, in the active service of the Kwara State Judiciary.
Justice Oyinloye was the second judge to die in active service after Justice Titilayo Daibu who died in a hospital in Abuja on November 21, 2022, after a brief illness.
Meanwhile, the Kwara State Governor, AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, in a condolence message signed by his Chief Press Secretary, Rafiu Ajakaye, has described as a painful and great loss the death of Justice Oyinloye.
Abdulrazaq described the late Justice Oyinloye as an upright jurist in the state judiciary.
“We join the Kwara State Judiciary and the Nigerian Bar (Association) to mourn the unfortunate death of Hon. Justice Oyinloye, a very upright and brilliant judge.
“We are consoled by the fact that he left a legacy of uprightness, hard work, and brilliance for which he was known within and outside of the court system,” the Governor said in a statement on Sunday night, hours after the development.
