Peter Obi’s lawsuit challenging Tinubu’s victory has been adjourned by the tribunal.
EKO HOT BLOG reports that the pre-hearing of the petition against President-elect Bola Tinubu by the Labour Party and its presidential candidate, Peter Obi, has been adjourned by the Presidential Election Petition Court to Friday, May 19, 2023.

The Labour Party’s flagbearer, Peter Obi is challenging the electoral victory of Tinubu, as officially declared by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
The tribunal, after the initial proceedings, has adjourned the case until Friday, May 19th, to continue with pre-hearing matters.
