Gunmen Kill Police Sergeant Along Lagos-Benin Expressway

Unknown gunmen on Tuesday reportedly killed a police Sergeant identified as Yusuf Igoche along the Lagos-Benin Expressway.

Igoche was attacked while he was escorting his principal to Lagos.

According to a source, while Igoche lost his life, the principal sustained several injuries and he was taken ti the University of Benin Teaching Hospital (UBTH) for medical attention.

The source said that the victims were enroute Lagos when they came under attack.
