Tinubu, Edun Attend Plenary Session At Climate Change Summit In Dubai
EKO HOT BLOG reports that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu attended the United Nations Climate Change Summit plenary session in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates, on Friday.
With him at the summit were Nigeria’s Minister of Finance and Coordinating Minister of the Economy, Wale Edun, and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Yusuf Tuggar.

Tinubu, Edun Attends Plenary Session At Climate Change Summit In Dubai
This online media platform reported earlier that the Nigerian leader arrived at Expo City in Dubai, the venue of the 28th edition of the United Nations (UN) Climate Change Conference (COP28) Summit.
The United Nations (UN) Secretary-General, Antonio Guterres, and the President of the United Arab Emirates and Ruler of Abu Dhabi, His Highness Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, gave Tinubu a warm welcome at the summit.
COP28 President Sultan Al-Jaber also received President Tinubu at the Summit venue. The conference is organised by the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC).
President Tinubu is expected to deliver a national statement at the summit highlighting Nigeria’s stance on various thematic issues, including renewable energy and climate financing.
