Eko Hot Blog reports that the Chairman, of the Senate Committee on Banking, Insurance, and Other Financial Institutions, Federal Republic of Nigeria, Senator Tokunbo Abiru, has on behalf of his family, extended heartfelt congratulations to the accomplished actor and film producer, Prince Babajide Kosoko, on the celebration of his 70th birthday.
Recognized as a legend in the Nigerian movie industry, Prince Kosoko has been an influential figure since his debut as a child actor in the epic television production, “Makanjuola,” in 1964.

On the occasion of his 70th birthday, Abiru joined Prince Kosoko’s family, friends, and colleagues in extending warm wishes, offering prayers to God to continue to grant Prince Kosoko sound health and vitality as he gracefully ages.
Other celebrities in the movie industry, including the likes of veteran actor Adebayo Salami, popularly known as ‘Oga Bello,’ Yinka Quadri, amongst others, weren’t left out in the celebrations as they also gathered to pay tribute to Prince Kosoko.
The actor who turned 70 on January 12, 2024, celebrated the milestone on Sunday, January 15, 2024, with a thanksgiving service at Embrace International Assembly Church, Ikorodu, Lagos, and a grand reception at his residence.
