'Ronaldo The Greatest Striker Ever', Says Lionel Messi
Reigning FIFA Player of the Year, Lionel Messi said Brazil Legend Ronaldo Delima is the “greatest striker he ever saw”.
According to him, the World Cup winner is an exceptional and phenomenon during his playing days.
In an interview with TYC Sports, the Barcelona talisman said, “Ronaldo [Nazario] was a phenomenon, Of all the strikers I ever saw, he was the best. He was unbelievable.”

Speaking on the effectiveness of Video Assistant Referee (VAR), the Argentine said it has been a good development but it has not been well used as it sometimes bring confusion instead of clearing doubts which was the objective of creating it.
“I like VAR if it is used well. What I don’t like is that it was brought in to clear up doubts, but it is still not doing that.
“In the end, they [the decisions] are still determined by the referee, or another referee in the box, and are not based on what is really happening in the move. It’s a very good thing but is not being well used.” He said.
