This aligns with the commitment and vision of Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu’s administration to diversify sports in Lagos, bring out the best in sporting events, and support rising stars like Oyeleke.
In his own words, Fatodu stated, “It was a fascinating experience trying archery for the first time today with renowned international archer and medalist, Emmanuel Oyeleke, and the incredible team at Zen Archery.”
“Archery is a sport rapidly gaining traction in Nigeria. Trying it out and learning the basics of the sport was an enriching experience that provided me with technical knowledge and insight into the art and sport of archery,” Fatodu added.
The DG further encouraged everyone to consider trying archery, saying, “It’s a spectacular sport offering a unique blend of physical and mental challenges within a recreational and stimulating environment.”
