Permanent Secretary Calls For Teamwork And Commitment At Lagos Lands Bureau
Eko Hot Blog reports that in a drive to enhance productivity and service delivery, the Permanent Secretary of the Lagos State Lands Bureau, Mr. Kamar Olowoshago, has urged staff members to foster teamwork and show unwavering commitment to their duties.

This call to action was made during a three-day Team Bonding and Work-Life Balance exercise held recently at Jubilee Chalet Epe.
Addressing the participants, Mr. Olowoshago emphasized the importance of cooperation among staff, regardless of their levels or cadres. He stressed that the success of the Bureau’s mission to establish a culture of excellence and efficient delivery depends on the unity and teamwork of everyone involved.
“With team effort, greater impact can be achieved in the Bureau’s vision of ‘Making Lagos a 21st Century Economy’ in line with the THEMES Plus Agenda of Mr. Governor,” the Permanent Secretary stated.
Outlining the benefits of teamwork, Mr. Olowoshago encouraged all members of staff to collaborate across departments and units, emphasizing that fostering teamwork builds trust, improves communication, and increases innovation.
The program featured a series of knowledge-sharing sessions, with presentations from facilitators who highlighted the significance of communication, teamwork, and taking responsibility. Participants also engaged in games, physical exercises, intellectual brainwork, and various recreational activities.
Dignitaries in attendance included Permanent Secretaries from the State Treasury Office, Dr. Abiodun Muritala; Office of Environmental Services, Dr. Omobolaji Gaji; Ministry of Local Government, Chieftaincy and Rural Development, Mrs. Kikelomo Bolarinwa; Ministry of Home Affairs, Mrs. Ololade Aina, as well as the General Manager of the New Towns Development Authority, TPL. Olakunle Aboyeji, and the General Manager of the Lagos State Parks and Garages Agency, Mrs. Adebisi Adelabu.
